Mission info

Transporter 15 is a dedicated rideshare mission by SpaceX. SpaceX’s SmallSat Rideshare Program provides small satellite operators with regularly scheduled, dedicated Falcon 9 rideshare missions to SSO for ESPA class payloads for as low as $300,000 per mission, which includes up to 50kg of payload mass.

The payload roundup for Transporter missions is always interesting and is a good quick health check on the small sat industry.

  • Planet, Spire, Iceye constellation deployments
  • 2x D-Orbit tugs, Impulse's 3rd Mira tug, Varda's 5th capsule
  • a ton of stuff I haven't heard of, including 8x IRIDE imaging sats

Blue Skies Space's Mauve commercial UV telescope that sells tasking time is interesting.

ESA's HydroGNSS mission to measure GPS signals off water and weather is cool.

MECO, stage separation, M-vac ignition, and fairing separation confirmed.

Stage 1 landing confirmed, SECO-1 confirmed.

SES-2 is scheduled for T+51 minutes.

SES-2 and SECO-2 completed, payload deployments are under way.

SES-3, SECO-3, and nominal transfer orbit confirmed.
