The world we live in isn't just dystopic, it isn't just stupid, trying to describe all the ways it sucks just makes for a really boring story.

This is just stupid. There shouldn't be any kind of safety that can be bypassed when it comes to suicide, what a ridiculous thing to even have to say. I hate suicide, there's been too many people I know, it runs in families, two people from the same family of my own relatives, a friend of mine killed himself a long time ago, later his son killed himself too. Now the next generations of my own family have had a close experience, someone killed themselves at their workplace, this was a brother of someone who had previously killed himself, so that's two for that family. Its a plague.
