Pretty dumb take. There are plenty of women truckers. I see them every day. You know what all these drivers complain about to me? Shitty pay. That's why there's a shortage

There is no labor shortage, there's only livable wage shortage.

Spoiler: the answer is not to offer more money to drivers or reduce consumption. It's to dilute the workforce by easing off discrimination a bit.
