I really appreciate the Germans dragging their feet a little. Obviously they're not totally innocent but it's these tiny moments of disobedience most countries can get away with that will ultimately lead to full scale revolt against the Empire.

100 billion euros are invested in a short time for the rearmament and the voters has not yet had enough of it. The militaristic defense minister is now by far the most popular politician in the country here.
