My vertigo is back with vengeance and that really is huge reminder to actually do the exercises.
I dismissed vertigo until I got it a few months ago when going to a wedding in Indonesia. That was so rough I don't have any advice I do not not want to go through that again I'm just going to share your pain. Honestly it really threw me.
