i’m on Nobara project trying to run OW2 through lutris, it runs perfectly fine it’s just locked at 60 fps visually but the in game FPS counter says 300+

i’ve made sure to have the latest version of proton, disabling / turning on esync and fsync. also tried virtual desktop but the game won’t run at all if i enable that option.

first time on linux so i’m still learning!

Make sure to re-check your display settings outside the game to make sure your refresh rate is still set above 60. I’ve had multiple times where for whatever reason Nobara will reset my refresh rate from 144 back down to 60.

Do you possibly have two monitors? If so, Wayland is better for multiple monitors and different refresh rates.

i’ve heard wayland has latency and forces vsync? or is that no longer the case?
