And our parents being smug that WE have it sooo easy and they had to struggle and suffer for everything they own and i'm like bitch you could buy a car without worrying or even cars without having to worry about not being able to pay for them, you could buy a house or even houses if you wanted to, you could go on a vacation every year and could even afford to go twice in a year! all the while I'M driving a cheap compromise car from 2012 that i tried to pay off in 1 year with about a quarter of my monthly income going towards that and i have been driving it for almost 7 years (Dacia Sandero btw), haven't been on vacation in 3 years and couldn't buy a house even if i sold most of my organs and currently earn "good money" and just paying rent, bills and groceries, 2 incomes, 2 kids, we don't drink or smoke so you boomer cunts can kiss my ass.

"I worked part time over the summer to pay for school and living expenses. Why do you need a loan?" Luckily my mother (a baby boomer, not a Boomer) wasn't that stupid.

I did work to pay for college, but I was lucky enough to have a job that said, "work whatever hours you want as long as you hit 40," with most of the time being after hours so I could do homework. And it was in the field I was getting my degree in.

Unrelated, but I can't unsee the nails in the floorboards as a bug infestation.

I've been given many gifts, the gift of hustle was not one, I really don't care about making money if my needs are met. Capitalism has been highly ineffective on me.
