Best be prepared to cancel your Netflix if she’s removed because Trump wanted it.

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 4 points 2 hours ago

Netflix sucks anyway. Lately their stuff is so bad, I've been considering letting it go. I checked to see if there was anything worth downloading, and there wasn't even that. I'd be glad to cancel.

Or what? What consequences? Say it with your whole chest, pussy. Trump couldn't intimidate a paper bag holding his McDonald's.

Because if you say “we’re going to kidnap you” or something, that’s a legal threat but “maybe some consequences might happen” is deniable in court. The language is planned

He's BIG on that. Michael Cohen highlighted that strongly, that Trump uses mob-style coded language that he thinks gets through legal loopholes.

Remember his "perfect phone call?" Most people were confused, what did that even mean? What he meant was that he told Zelensky that he wanted him to help "Us," implying the country, and not the royal US, meaning him alone. That way, if anybody tried to bring it up, he could say, "I said "Us,"" and a judge would say "Oh, you scamp! You got me again, with your fancy word play! Case dismissed!"

That's why he kept screaming that it was a PERFECT call, and couldn't believe that we live in the real world, not his Sovereign Citizen fantasy world where he gets to create his own laws, and nobody was buying his ludicrous fool-proof defense.

He learned that nonsense from mob lawyer Roy Cohn, political mentor to both Trump and Roger Stone.

I know, but I'm sure you could get a threat out of Trump by ragebaiting him like this.

What a fucking child.

[–] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 35 points 17 hours ago (2 children)

What she do to piss him off? Besides him being racist?

[–] SinningStromgald@lemmy.world 58 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

His comments come after Rice said in a recent interview that those who have "take[n] a knee to Trump, I think they are now starting to realize, ‘Wait a minute, this is not popular. Trump is not popular.'”

It is right under the title in the article.

[–] SendMePhotos@lemmy.world 14 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

On mine it's just the title, then the comments.

If you’re using a fediverse client that doesn’t support links you should probably switch to a different fediverse client

[–] SendMePhotos@lemmy.world 1 points 11 hours ago (1 children)

Mine supports links, I'm just reading the title and not clicking the link.

I'm right there with ya friend. Who clicks through to an article these days?... Unless it's really detailed and important, or your curious.

Good posts on forums like these include noteworthy info in titles and posts, then include the links to source, for reference or further reading.

Honestly most of these websites turn a single quote into a whole article. It’s rarely worth the click for websites that try to slam ads at you, block you from viewing if you are blocking them, or require a subscription.

The fun is that he called her racist in his usual mostly uppercase rambles.

Which makes me wonder, does he have a normal shift key on his keyboard, or is he just using caps lock?
