How to turn this off?? (alien.top)

This icon is showing up at the top right hand corner after updating tvOS. It seems to pop up as soon as any button is clicked or gesture is made on the remote.

It’s incredibly annoying. Has anyone figured out how to turn it off?

I rebooted and ensured FaceTime was shut down on the phone and TV to no effect, but I updated to 17.1 last night and it seems to be gone. Must have been a bug Apple thankfully addressed in the update.

That’s when you are on a FaceTime call.

It seems to stay on past the call. Seems like a bug. Happened to me a couple of times. Haven’t checked on 17.1 yet.
