Definitely, way better sound quality and noise cancelling, and adaptive transparency is nice. I was very happy with the upgrade.

And the ability to track each bud and the case in Find My the same way as AirTags is extremely useful

Is it even remotely worth it if I have pro 2 (lightning)? Is the uncompressed audio that big of a jump?

Upgrading from the 1st gen pros? Absolutely. Upgrading from the 2nd gen pro with lightning? Probably not.
