Has 17.1 solved hdmi/arc issues? (alien.top)

As my arc port stopped working immediately after updating to os 17 was waiting to be solved with new update but no. Maybe the reason is not tv os but the weird thing is my soundbar works only with Bluetooth connection since then. Hdmi doesn't work, optical connection doesn't work. Gonna tak my soundbar to service let's see what they gonna say. Also I have my doubts if my tv has an issue or not. Both my tv and soundbar are samsung btw.

Every time I turn on Apple TV since tvos17, I have to turn off CEC, turn off and on the TV and then turn on CEC and connect the soundbar and then everything works great…..until I turn it all on the next day.
