My phone was stolen, I turned on lost mode and now after months recovered it (alien.top)

I would like to know if there is a way to activate it again without losing all the data in it. I already turned off lost mode, but the phone won't activate, it seems it needs to be restarted as new. I would be able to use it, but what I want right now is to find a way to recover the data in it. Thanks!

Does it say iPhone disabled? Thief probably disabled it, locked it out trying to get into the phone. Not much you can do in that case aside from restoring the phone from latest backup.
