Tumblr post by etheltempest saying "i don't trust the bookmark feature on instagram so for the past two years i've been saving funny reels by dming them to the french president".

Attached is a screenshot of a chat with Emmanuel Macron on instagram. The user has sent a reel with the caption "thank God I wasn't born in france because i don't know how to speak french."
