Probably, I was subbed to unixporn on Reddit. I'm not posting my vanilla-ass desktop there though. Maybe if I move to Hyprland or something I might.

gnome rule I daily drove gnome for a while until I got a computer with a 1440p screen, then I had to switch to KDE for functioning fractional scaling

The computer I took the screenshot on has fractional scaling enabled, it's a HiDPI screen. It's a bit more annoying to enable in GNOME, but not by much. I really only run into the issues with blur for certain XWayland apps, but I think Plasma only came out with an experimental fix for that in 5.26 or 5.27
