Anyone else having a problem with the keyboard causing physical damage to the display? I can’t wipe it off, and I can feel it (alien.top)

I get dirty marks on my screen, but it cleans off easily. Sounds like you might have had something heavy pressing on the lid and pressing the screen into the keys. Try to avoid having anything putting pressure on the screen and lid.

i get marks but they always go away with a wipe. i put a screen protector on just in case.

I always stick a thin (not the fluffy ones) microfiber cloth over the keyboard with any laptop before putting it in a bag in which it might get a bit squashed. Bonus is that you always have a screen cleaning cloth! Keyboard marks on screens is not unique to Framework -- it used to happen to a lot of my laptops before I started using the cloth.
