I can get 3 days out of it, but usually I charge it after 2 days as it's around 30-35% by then. I don't like to let it go below 20% charge.
I turn the watch off at night.
3 Days with all features turned on and aprox 1 hour of activity tracking per day (GPS based like running, cycling).
LE: I also use it for sleep tracking.
