Have you gone to the "Show All Data" on the bottom of the Sleep page in Health. It will show you what the data's source is.

If you have it setup on your phone.. the apps will take data from phone and/or watch.. so it probably had the phone going, but this is weird now that I see your screenshot about the watch reporting data.

I’d say the data can’t be relied upon. If I’m not wearing my Whoop strap, the app records no data.

Then that’s interesting,because I have my pulse Ox turned off, but still get a sleeping respiration in my sleep app.
