They're dirt cheap color change tests operated by cops who don't know what a pH test even is. Not surprising if you've ever seen the clowns in blue use these.

This is their new law/policy. So now people will still be arrested because of these bullshit tests but they're also gonna end up with a speeding ticket or a resisting arrest or disorderly charge as well. Fucking great job.
