This is EXACTLY what I predicted about a year ago would happen because of Trump.
The article mentions urging more cooperation between EU and China many times in many areas, while at the same time mentioning that cooperation with USA is diminishing. I'm surprised that it is Spain that is the forerunner for EU (again).
But mind my words, this is a signal about what is to come. EU will cooperate much more with China, and USA will not be included or asked or even considered!
That's how bad relations between EU and USA are now. USA demanded to be left out of international obligations, and pissed all over partners and allies, so here you are USA, now you are being left out.

What a moronic take on Pedro Sanchez working to improve relations with China, after USA has become a rogue and very dangerous nation.

There are lots of tankies here, but you are probably one of them considering your username. Tankies often make stupid comments like the one you made.

While it's cute you're repeating your masters' words; tankie has no actual meaning or definition so it's not really an insult. My joke was directed specifically at you people, who have been victim of a multi-hundred billion dollar campaign to completely eliminate all critical thought against enemies of your masters.

Obviously no state is ideal. However if a state did occur that was a threat to capital, how exactly do you think capital would respond? Exactly how your masters have responded. The extreme instant disregard for all facts that could contradict your programming is the exact reaction your masters have spent hundreds of billions instilling, just so you keep doing whatever they want, without getting any real positive change in your life.
