It looks and sounds like hiccups to me? How long does he have it, does it go away? Of all the hiccups I've seen with dogs, over half are with puppies just because of how wild they are.

It does look like that. It’s not when he eats though which is why I’m confused
If you’re worried, I’d def show the vet the video, but I wouldn’t stress too much about it. I imagine you’ll see the vet soon? Since puppies usually go a couple times to get shots
