i am a incoming a freshman in college and im planning to buy a macbook i have 600-700 dollars budget what macbook should i buy?

Probably used or refurbished MacBook Air M1

Refurbished m1 air is about it for the m series.

Literally any intel MacBook will be in your price range. even the 16 pro base model is about 6-700.

M series mac’s get way better battery life, but with the Intel ones you can run Windows natively

If you need Windows support, yes since they're the only ones with Bootcamp, and the MacBook Pros(15/16 at least) still have bigger screens than the Air if you want that.

You can run windows on an M1 with VMWare Fusion, works a treat 😁
