Another update complaint - LOL. Basically, we used to be able to swipe up from the Lock Screen and find our phones quickly using the little phone icon in the home center. How do we do this now? I’m having to go onto find my iPhone and the whole process is a bit tedious as sometimes I just drop my phone somewhere and just need a tone to ring.

Have you tried to check it out the info on the website? Sounds like that would be helpful to you vs one by one questions

You can also just ask Siri by lifting your arm

As others said. The side button. Even basic interaction with the watch would answer this.
