I just purchased my watched earlier today. Upon unboxing, it says battery was low so I had to charge it while setting up. I charged it to 48% then I noticed it drained fast (2 hours at that). I thought Apple Watches survive for like a week with one charge cycle. Then when I got home I charged it again, after 30 minutes, it's full. Then after a few minutes of usage, it's already at 88% ๐Ÿ˜ญ is this even normal?

Generally they needed to be charged everyday. A week would be amazing!

Where did you get the idea it lasted a week on one charge?

The Apple Watch have a battery life under normal use of 18 hours, not a week.
