Frank Reich kinda painted himself into a corner with that answer. If the lack of talent is not the problem, then he is.

The play calling this year seems to indicate that he actually has no belief in the Panthers roster

Sean McDermott get ready to learn Panthers

Then that means the coaching is the problem, Frank.

if they have all the players to win, and they are losing, what does that say about the coaching staff?

Can the Panthers fire Frank Reich mid-season and let us have him as an OC. I know he has a bad coaching record, but I'm desperate for anything at this point. He was my dad's favorite backup QB and he was a good OC in Philadelphia for a bit.

If that's true, then every loss can confidently be placed solely on the coaching

Correct, the Panthers have 53 men on the roster and can theoretically win a football game. This is all theory of course, it may or may not apply to winning games in the NFL, CFL or NCAA possibly.

He's right. They have all the players they need. Just starting the wrong QB. They'd probably be .500 if they started Andy Dalton instead of Bryce Young.

Obviously, but do you have the players you need to win twice?
