Aaron Rodgers has shown not to care about medical advice. Why start now?
this is going to make rogers look bad by setting unrealistic expectations for him.
by the time he CAN play, the jets will be out of playoff contention (either officially, or unofficially) so there will be no reason for him to play while saleh's just saying "if he wants to he could".
he tore his achilles in week 1. there's no reasonable expectation for him to play despite saleh trying to paint one.

People kinda making a bigger deal of this than it is. Rodgers has already said pretty publicly that he is only coming back if the jets are in it. You have to read this statement in line with the other. If somehow the jets have a shot and he is cleared - Ofcourse no one is gonna stop Rodgers from playing over Zach Wilson if he feels up to it.
Saleh may be the mafucka who will actually call him on his shit and make Rodgers backtrack.
Then again… he’s castrated from making any change from Wilson currently because of the owner but whatever.
