Not really because Apple isn't able to produce a Sensor which can go through the Color. A few Readings are correct but others like Blood Oxygen straight up don't work. I always move my Watch if i want to measure Blood Oxygen and Co because i have a massive black Bear Paw Tattoo right where the Sensor normally is. The Watch also likes to think i don't wear it which means i can't use it with Pin enabled..

Optical sensors of any brand so t read well with tattoos
