Would throw in that one emote with a blahaj holding a sickle & hammer somewhere, but local law says 2 years prison, ironically.
Let me guess, an eastern-european post-soviet country? Many of them introduced laws like this after '91.
Not illegal where I live, I may add it if you would link emote and specify position preference.
Interestingly, in some countries you'd be charged with posting Soviet imagery, while in russia the actual crime would be using blahaj since they outlaw "LGBT propaganda", whatever they think that is

In the complete hypothetical where it would be allowed, I would hypothetically put it right where I have now put the fake hexbear sync ban. And in that hypothetical combined with the hypothetical where I would have still used that spot for something, I would have probably put it in the space right in between the -5000 and the public domain nuclear explosion.
EDIT: whoops, just noticed you wanted the emote link. Forgot to turn on my reading comprehension today. Well, the news are, I couldn't find it. I swear it was on a hexbear /c/mutualaid thread somewhere. Although if you look up "communist blahaj", just a picture of a real blahaj with the hat is close enough.
