I pondered this question after my wife told she was going to “call Sam Hubbard to find out if he’s ok”.

I scoffed. Later, when I saw Burrow is a wrist brace, I also wanted to call Burrow to find out if he’s ok.

So who are you checking on when they go down?

Girlfriend loves Boston Scott. Doesn't even watch football...

[–] roncraig@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I loved Ladanian Tomlinson. I’m a Steelers fan and had an LT jersey.

Josh Gordon

As a LSU fan it’s obviously Burrow… dude could come up steal my wife and kids in front of me and I’d ask if he wanted my house as well.

I wish I could reach out to Aaron Rodgers to remind him not to rush that achilles! As a die hard Packer fan, I want to see that man come back at 100% and be dominant against 30 other teams.

Brock Purdy.

My mother and any player who has an ACL tear. She has torn both of hers and when I was little she would send handwritten letters to players who had torn their ACLs. She never watched football and doesn’t like sports much in general. But she always empathized with those players.

Feels like there was a period of time where I was listening to Leveon Bell's rap and looking at pictures of him on a jetski.

That season was weird.

I have a cat named Tua Tabbyvailoa if that says anything

Geno Smith. Ever since that legendary line last year “They wrote me off, but I ain’t write back though”.

That’s such a bar I’ve been rooting for him and the Seahawks ever since.

I am still a Carson Wentz believer it’s really bad

I'm a woman and it;s Jimmy G. I just wish everyone would stop hating on him and see the incredible talent I do when I look into his eyes. Also, people should stop tackling him. They might mess up his face.

Taysom Hill. He is fun to watch and has unique usage. I love when the guy is on the field.

[–] ryanino@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bryce Huff. Undrafted to being a top edge rusher. This kinda shit never happens to this franchise. If we don’t re-sign him I’ll be upset.

Russell Wilson. Seahawk fan here and am obsessed with how he is doing. Equal parts want him to face plant, then feel sorry for him, then he throws a moon ball to our delight, then takes sack after sack most of which are his fault.

[–] No-Budget7700@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Derwin James. His mom has a juicy ass and I want to bury my face in it.

That man is the heart and sole of the Pats, but I just want to make sure someone checks in to see how he's doing too.

#77 Quinn Meinerz

Dude's almost always making a nasty block and was actually our highest graded offensive player against the Bills. My favorite fact about him: before the draft he wanted to do whatever he could to increase his chances (having gone to a small school) so he built a machine to help him practice snapping the ball as a center. Also he used massive tree logs instead of practice dummies.

[–] erica_638@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

…Swiftie here…

But also Goff. Dude is helping turn us into winners, supports the community, embraced his new situation instead of checking out, and by all means comes across as a chill, funny, awesome leader.

I’m genuinely proud to have him as QB1.

I think about whether Joe Flacco is elite at least once a month for the last 11 years.

Jalen Hurts. With all of the adversity he’s overcome since his college days at Alabama, and how much he’s improved as a player every year, and just how he carries himself on and off the field. He’s easily my favorite player on the Eagles right now, and maybe my favorite QB to ever play for us already. I can’t wait to see how he continues to grow as a player.

Right after delivering Gardner Minshew, the doctor turned to his parents and said: “Congratulations, it’s a man”

D’Brickashaw Ferguson for obvious reasons

I only buy Madden every few years, but every time I start a franchise I trade for Marvin Jones Jr. and make him the league's leading receiver.

I'll probably quit buying Madden altogether when he retires.
