Guy help! I barely use my iphone as a hotspot device to my desktop pc and Android phone. So the amount of data they have taken is legit. Also my hotspot has password so only i use it. So what is this "Other devices" that is showing on the top that has supposedly taken 25gb of data (I've never kept my iphone hotspot on that much) which seems impossible to me.

I had the same problem. Support told me to put my data in low data mode, maybe they’ll fix it in an update… But low data mode fixed it for me

Low data mode disables the private IP address security feature. That is what you “fixed”. lol

It didn’t disable it for me though… So yeah that fixed it for me for the time being, until Apple fixes it in an update.

I think it doesnt consume your data allocation, I have the same problem. My personal hotspot indicates that it used 19gb but when I checked on my ISP app, I just used 5gb of data.
