Multiply the length, width and height of the room, that gets you the volume. Compare the volume to the manufactures specs. If its a weird shape, just over estimate the length and width.

You can buy one that is slightly oversized and it won't be an issue. An oversized AC is a problem, but dehumidifiers can run as needed. Not much calculating needed
