Anyone who makes the mistake of having a relationship of any kind with this mindset (from either or both perspectives) learns real fast that it never stays like that. It goes from "haha, quirky" to "this is some deeply fucking toxic shit and I've made a huge error in judgement".
I worked with her. She said she was goofy. I didn't find her silly or goofy.
