Iphone keeps turning on when I look at it (alien.top)

I know this is probably a feature, but ever since I got a 13 my lock screen keeps turning on when its facing my direction. It’s so annoying and I’ve tried looking this up but I might be stupid because I can’t find an answer. Can anyone help?

Settings, Display and Brightness, Raise to Wake.
