If you’re not actually exercising it won’t count as a workout anyway
Just track it as a bike ride and delete it when done. If you are just testing the battery, start a bike workout and lay it down outside in the shade. It will use just as much battery sitting under a tree with the GPS running than it would on an e-bike. It’s not the “distance” that drains the battery, it’s the time spent with GPS active and polling of all the sensors.
