Warner > Garrett. Change my mind.

If the rest of the Cleveland defense sucked or was average at best, then MG would definitely have a case for MVP as that would mean he’s the lone shining star on an otherwise mediocre team. That’s not the case though, as the Cleveland defense as a whole, is arguably tops in the league and that is due to them having other stud players who demand attention as well.

If garrett wins this award when JJ watt couldn’t do it after scoring touchdowns too on offense. I’ll be salty ngl

What about TJ?

[–] oregonianrager@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Bland over here with more TDs than starting receivers.

Last year I thought Mahomes and Hurts were good enough for MVP. I would give it to CMC or a defensive player. No QB deserves it so far.

I'm sorry but if JJ Watt couldn't win it 2014, no defensive player ever will.

[–] Dawgula97@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Did he ever apologize to Rudolph?

[–] aareyes12@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

If JJ didn’t get it, Myles won’t

If Watt couldn't win it, then Garrett can't either. Watt deserved it that year, but I'm not quite so sure about giving this one to Garrett. Yeah, the ddefense is good but not "2000 Ravens/1985 Bears" good.

Ya pretty much unless Tua/Mahomes/Hurts really step it up in this last month.

[–] hellenkellerfraud911@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

No he shouldn’t. No non-QB should ever win MVP in today’s NFL.

Tbh this is the year it should happen, theres no dominant QB or RB for it to go to and imo a dominant Edge is bigger then a dominant WR.

Not happening. Don’t bother.

[–] ApollosAnthem@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I may be biased but if JJ Watt can't win it breaking the sack record and scoring 6 touchdowns....

[–] Brokenyogi@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Let's face facts: Awards of any kind in any field are just plain stupid.

Maybe if he were armed with some sort of athletic equipment he could use as a clubbing weapon of sorts...then I could see it. Oh wait...
