Uninstall and then the reinstall all of the apps or just reset your phone.

Thanks everyone for your help, sorted it now. Been bugging us all how she did it, still not entirely sure, she is only 4. Turns out they were short cuts for apps, there were about 4 screens of them so not sure how she made so many.

Remove the app that’s installed them over the top of the original apps pics.

May be a profile installed. Settings > general > vpn and device management.

I suggest looking in the shortcuts app. Delete them all. The only way I know how to do this is by using the shortcuts app and changing the app icon.

This may be off topic, but a few years ago, my sister got into a little bit of a war that I instigated. I changed her Netflix display picture into a monkey, and she retaliated by changing mine to another animal. This went on and on for a week and I was winning teasing her.

Then I immediately had to give up. She had done the prank equivalent of a war crime and had changed my language settings to Yiddish. I messaged her that I surrender and had to suffer some hard work to change the settings back.

Put the icons in wiggle mode, click the dots for the pages at the bottom and see if there’s an extra page that’s invisible with the real apps on it. You can hid Home Screen pages, and change the way icons look.

Those are Shortcuts, as on the iPhone you can’t change icons for apps outside of what those apps themselves allow. Remove them and pin the regular apps.
