Dolphins Eagles game this year was a joke.

I didn’t watch the game so idk how bad it was.
The premise here is flawed. If one team plays extremely disciplined and garners only one flag while the other team is not. There would be a big difference in flags.
A disparity in flags does not automatically mean bad officiating. I’d rather refs not call bogus flags simply to keep the ratio even.
It was 11 to 4. Look at all the wild bitching in here
And a god awful roughing the passer call in the Bills favor with the Allen flop. It’s typical weak childish behavior. When you lose it can’t be your fault. It can’t be because you took a knee instead of trying to get in field goal range. Or had a terrible interception late in the fourth. Or because you didn’t convert your OT possession into a TD. It’s the officials. They’re an easy scapegoat. Lame and pathetic.
I always shake my head when I read comments like this whether its football or the NBA. That's not how it goes. You don't have to call 10 penalties on team B just because team A committed ten penalties. You only. call them on the team that commits them
If one team commits 10x more penalties, then yeah it should. I’m all about fair refereeing but the refs aren’t obligated to fabricate penalties or let things go for one side just to “even things up”.
This is a reminder that the Eagles were gifted a free touch down in the Jets game but no one seemed to care then because it was the Jets.
Pac 12 refs taking this tweet personally before friday
Only in Philly
Hey FBI I would like to report a fix
First time?
Won’t deny that we committed some blatant penalties. But some of the no-calls were absolutely egregious.
Honestly I don't mind no-calls. What I can't stand are phantom calls. Meaning flags for shit that simply did not happen. Carter got called for a facemask on a running back a few weeks back against the Rams. It looked like he got the mask by the way the guy's head turned but the replay showed he clearly grabbed his chest.
Which means the ref just saw that it looked like a facemask and just threw the flag. If the ref doesn't see the foul he shouldn't throw the flag.
Just saying…
When the Dolphins fans complained about this exact thing against this exact team with a ref wearing a fucking Philly Strong bracelet, we were called drama queens and making excuses. By many of your own compadres.
Kind of sucks don’t it?
Hate to say it but y’all should have won.
Refs called zero penalties again Philly vs Miami too. Even when they ripped the head off a receiver to stop him from catching a pass. Philly games have been reffed terrible in Philly's favor this year and at this point I struggle to think it's just a coincidence that it keeps happening.
it can be, but it wasn’t.
It's definitely bullshit but it does happen all the time unfortunately.
And the Bills are still winning.
BALL DONT LIE
Bills are getting hosed but yes its possible for a team to committ 9 more penalties than an opponent in a half
I mean they were penalties lol how are they getting hosed if they’re making dumb penalties
god damnit stop bringing logic into this i just hate the fucking eagles!!!!
Why?
Refball claims another game.
Eagles paid the refs
Bills paid the Eagles players to play like shit
These referees are blind. That horse collar tackle right in front of the ref was mind-blowing.
Good to know that so many of you fucks that I argue with have ever heard of or seen a horse collar before. It's refreshing to know I'm arguing with someone who just learned about the rules of football by asking themselves who they want to win more
Oh, for fuck's sake. That Allen call sucked but sometimes teams commit more penalties than others. It's not officials' jobs to even out penalty calls.
Not defending Hochuli and his crew here. But to say it should "never happen" and "isn't proper," EVER, is absurd.
What horse collar? lol. Refs got their orders.
Refs got their orders to call 2 false starts on the eagles to make it a 59 yard field goal in the pouring rain, and the orders to call a 15 yard rtp to keep the bills hopes alive in OT too, right?
I’m not one to go solely by the numbers for penalties but some of these are crazy. Like the non horse caller tackle call, or intentional grounding when there was clearly a receiver.
If it stays completely the same it will match our game vs the eagles.
Is this the NFLs Scott Foster moment?
That mans gotta messed up reputation. Probably has dirt on the league from the Tim Donaghy scandal. Only thing explaining why he keeps his job
Welcome to eagles football
Cheatadelphia Eagles
These things completely change games. Bills should’ve had 14 more and never even gone to overtime
The Bills gave up a TD on 3rd and 15, Allen had multiple interceptions again, and they had a kick blocked while the Eagles kicker made a 59 yarder in the rain. But sure, officiating is the lead story
Phantom hold calls all game for the Bills. That being called a non catch. Felt like a fixed game
Ok but it was a non catch? Like he never fully controlled the ball.
So, are we only throwing flags "on a curve" now? One team can absolutely commit 10 penalties to another team's 1. Why is this not a "properly" called game?
It's possible in a way anything is possible.
But at this level of competition between two high quality teams it's highly unlikely.
This is what people do when they lose. They cry and blame something else. Officials are always the easy scapegoat. It’s lame and childish.
Kudos to the Bills for taking it to OT against a team that had 17 players on the field for most of the game.
Eagles tackles get off early on seemingly every play, and they're not the only team doing so. It's strange to see it so often
Idk his name but their RT also was starting so far in the backfield (like KC's RT) from the lions game and he didn't get called once for it.
Has this guy ever seen a raiders game?
Cowboys fan posting this lol. Buddy, the sooner you admit to yourself that you hate the eagles more than you like your own team, life will be easier
Bias? Towards the eagles? Imagine that.
Cry about it
