I was just answering your question and don't care.
But I would probably go with mullvad these days. People can be petty.
I've tried with NordVPN myself without any success
And I've just found post on Reddit that says "videos that are only available in those countries aren't downloadable because there aren't any ip's that youtube recognize as being from those countries"
Have you tried invidious or piped?
Piped says the same as YouTube: "This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"
There are like 20 invidious instances, should I check them all?
No. Sounds like that video has been taken down. You can check it on archive.org
I had already checked on archive.org, but I checked again. Only 3 capures that don't work. It's a video uploaded 16 years ago that has been blocked for a while already...
On YouTube, the video page loads and on the player it says "Video unavailable This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"
