Some VPN companies claim to provide service from these countries, but sometimes it's a lie.

Set the VPN to Somalia, Serbia or Turkey respectivly.

If you give me link I can try the later two.

I was just answering your question and don't care.

But I would probably go with mullvad these days. People can be petty.

Have you tried invidious or piped?

[–] XEAL@lemm.ee 3 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) (1 children)

Piped says the same as YouTube: "This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"

There are like 20 invidious instances, should I check them all?

[–] gim@lemm.ee 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

No. Sounds like that video has been taken down. You can check it on archive.org

[–] XEAL@lemm.ee 1 points 2 years ago

I had already checked on archive.org, but I checked again. Only 3 capures that don't work. It's a video uploaded 16 years ago that has been blocked for a while already...

On YouTube, the video page loads and on the player it says "Video unavailable This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"

https://seostudio.tools/youtube-region-restriction-checker indicates that the video is only available in the countries mentioned on the post's title
