I know from first hand experience that 2019 and 2020 models support it. Don’t accept that and meep pushing for a fix.

Thanks for the confirmations. Done some digging at it couldn't be a local thing. Checked a local forum and even tough it's only mentioned in a couple of posts a year ago it looks like it never rolled out in this region.
But that's info that the "support" should be able to provide I feel. This is what irkes me.
