Is this misspelling in reference to something? Or is it a typo? Just curious. "Kustomer" is a strange way to spell it, and it's the url, as opposed to in a sentence on the site.

It's a service they're subscribed to running as a subdomain on the providers domain.
probably a KDE project
Misspelling the name makes it much easier for people to use search engines to find the Kustomer company. It also makes it possible to register as a trademark, something they likely couldn't have done with the normal spelling.
