This Miles O’Brien is actually a solid science reporter for PBS. I’ve watched him on and off for years. A while back he lost his arm in some kind of freak accident, and ended up using the experience to explore prosthetics and bionics.

Solid dude, but what else would you expect with a name like that?

Just another example of Dr Bashir’s disguise work. The Klingon look was more convincing but this is good too.
