Nothing. They only have their identity. To give that up would be a death just as real as respiratory failure.
The thing that boggles my mind is a conservative favorite was Alex Jones. They all listened to him. He said the gover.ent wousl.make a plague to wipe the people out. They could have been about that life if they wanted. The death drive is strong in these people

I wouldn't be as concerned if the mask was more to protect yourself than others.
Unfortunately anti maskers don't care about anyone but themselves so... It doesnt matter how many people die they won't change.
Now if COVID caused dicks to get smaller and the individuals not wearing masks to f' themselves up. Then and only then we would see them masking up.
maybe if pastors started saying it would protect you from the evil of the great satan (biden) and you need it to be raptured
