Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Biden's trailing Trump in the polls too. Biden needs to do a lot better.

I question the impartiality of these sources, but Michigan does have a significant Muslim population, and while they probably won't vote for Trump, Biden's support for Israel could convince them all to just stay home.

Trump's first order as president will to be ban any refugees from Gaza.

Trump is a slum lord from NYC, he instinctively doesn't care about the people of Gaza.

Last December, Muslim leaders in Michigan initiated a campaign to withhold their votes for current US President, Joe Biden, in the 2024 election.

If Muslim leaders in Michigan think that trying to prevent Biden from getting re-elected will help them, then I have some terrible news...

Yeah, Biden is bad for Palestinians. He's mouthing words that Israel should slow its roll, and that's about it. Trump is orders of magnitude worse, and there's no viable alternative to either Biden or Trump. So you can turn out strategically, and maybe do something, or withhold votes as a protest, and watch as Trump supports a complete annihilation of all Palestinians living within the borders that Israel claims.

This is an unforced error.

I don't like Biden, but between him and Trump? I know which I'm voting for.
