Y'all, I'm using the Kbin app. Did everyone know about this? I was visiting Kbin on a Chrome browser on my phone, got a pop up asking me if I wanted to install, and zip here I am.

@Very_Bad_Janet I am using it now! Works great so far, except I can't keep it from auto-rotating...

Name and is it on the play store

@Sexypink

@recently_coco

I don't know if it's on the play store. The name on the icon on my home screen reads "/kbin" minus the quotes. I have an Android phone.

Hmm, maybe that is hidden somewhere in the settings. @ernest do you have any info about the new kbin app? (BTW I don't even know if that is enough to alert him) .

ETA: This was supposed to be a reply to you, @recently_coco

Is this just the PWA (progressive web app)? If so, just FYI it's not a true native app -- more like a downloadable version of the normal webapp that you can pin and run like it is a app. I installed it as well (for my kbin account) and it works well enough as a good stop-gap.

@Cyder works better than the reddit official app

@Very_Bad_Janet Ah, I think it's a PWA
