It's either, "how she looks", or "what she looks like". "How she looks like" is, basically, nonsense.
This is a common thing for Spanish speakers to do when they're learning English. Chances are English isn't the meme creator's first language.
"Help? Is this right?" Still translates into and out of Spanish.
