Can someone give me insight into how magazines we create here on kbin can be shared to other instances? It seems it kind of works, but when I look at some kbin magazines from other instances, someti (kbin.social)

Can someone give me insight into how magazines we create here on kbin can be shared to other instances? It seems it kind of works, but when I look at some kbin magazines from other instances, sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't, and if they do it doesn't show there's any activity in it when there is.

@drumdonuttea you can create a magazine similar to how you just made a post, just select the create magazine option instead. by default, all magazines on kbin should be accessible to other instances. sometimes the syncing isn't quite working due to federation issues these past few days. some communities/magazines are just empty.

@Otome-chan@kbin.social Thanks. Yeah, I created this one a few days ago and have been slowly populating it, but when I look at it from mastodon, for example, I see this

@drumdonuttea on mastodon make sure you tab over to "posts and replies".
