Oh, I know the answer to this one: Blizzard doesn't give a shit about you as long as you keep giving them money.
Same thing that's always gone on with them, they suck.
Believe it or not, blizzard support was once considered the best. They were effective, fast and they even stayed in character when possible for added fun. Then they got outsourced...
I started playing back in WotLK and it was already not great. It got slowly worse the longer I played.
Support outsourcing started shortly before TBC launch.
I've personally never seen it this bad
Did they just drop an expansion or major update? It used to get really bad when they did either of those things.
They added in a battle royal type game mode yesterday.
There ya go! It'll get better in a week or so.
Looks like this ticket here was put in a week or so before the patch though
