Well... it used to... ...
New winamp, yes. The original never claimed to be foss.
I see no issue with this, especially for an elderly person, for example, to keep at home. The only way this will get "breached", is if someone breaks into her home. At that point, the password book is the least of her concerns anyway. In fact, from a cyber security point of view, this is brilliant if kept in a safe place, such as a locked safety box. You can't really remotely hack a physical book.
It's $55 (I'm assuming USD). Or "4 interest-free payments of $13.75". On one hand, it's expensive. On the other hand, it's bloody brilliant!
It's designed as an always on device. They expected you to leave it always on. Wankers
That's actually legally binding, still do long as it's ensured mail (or whatever your country calls it when a signature is required to accept the package).
Aren't there laws about this in that country? I seem to remember reading about that a while back.
Don't try to win me over with your use of t'was.
Hey! An actually good use for AI!
Edit. Wait... this isn't what you think it is lol this is for a legit company
I've seen a lot of people complain about these, then turn around and use Chrome. So, "no to Firefox because of the taint", but "yes to chrome because it is the taint". Makes no sense.
When apple wanted to do it, it was cool, it was chique. But when TikTok wants to it, it's lame and stupid. -_- pick a lane, people.
IMO, the whole movement is pointless. If we can get a Ready Player One level of VR, I get it. But as it stands, it's all pointless.
Tove never claimed these were for children. Her idea, among many, was to take hard subjects and cartoonify them into bite-sized nuggets for easier mental digestion, essentially making it easier for us to deal with hard pasts. Say what you will on the Moomin line (hopefully it's all good things), Tove was a genius, and her Moomin line has helped me deal with a lot of shite in my past.
