That's a good start. Also, include him in your own PC activities (some of them, make some up if you don't have anything that he can be involved in at the time), like "I need to find a cool new background, I was thinking this and this might be cool, could you help me find something online?". It gives kids a sense of being useful and wanted, plus a pat on the back, high 5 or something like that when the task is done. And it might inspire him to look for his own background, something he identifies with ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Have a lot smaller kid, he's 4, but this is just something from the top of my head... or how I would play it.

It was oiled up, so not much sound comming from there, except the occasional "shlup, shlup"... my mom was kinda weird though, she kept moaning our dog's name for some reason ๐Ÿค”.

Did you have windows updates enabled by default (automatic) in versions prior to Win10?

And you get security only with LTSC. Plus, it has no apps, so it's a double win.

I live in Europe, but my country is not part of the EU. That's probably EU regulations/laws.

Might be in the US... not here.

Yeah, IDK if things are like this in the US and other western countries, but it's how they are here. Shit is cheaper on every other day except when there are discounts ๐Ÿ˜’. There are some execeptions, but yes, most of the time, things are cheaper when not on a discount.

People are used to sliders, I guess ๐Ÿคท. Things used to be like that on old TVs, so it just never occured to anyone that people might like a direct value input instead of a slider.

To be honest, I wouldn't know what to do with a direct input. Sliders are much more logical for fine tuning. It would be a nice option, but I would probably never use it.

If a DeckLink or an Aja card doesn't cut it, nothing will.
