That's not how senior management approvals work. You're not allowed to pitch an opinion. Youre only allowed to make recommendations based on something that previously worked or if it's a direct request by multiple users in an official feed back form. Why do you think there is no creativity in AAA games, they call it "data driven decision making".

As usual big business trying to figure out a cookie cutter formula to repeatedly make billions in profit. But games are creative, not formulaic.

If the UK can have a refurendum for brexit why can't Canada have one to kick out Elon?

The US can designate non profit aid as terrorists but Canada can't revoke the citizenship of a political terrorist? US is playing by different rules now. Are Canadian politicians going to be as spineless as US Liberals. Doesn't sound like a winning strategy.

There are no more shortages. Companies just raised their stock prices.

Its bad on TikTok too. I've seen lots of news clips on TikTok of Trump and the 51st sate comment. Most comment replies to these videos have been from Maga supporters. Along the lines of "Canada should be honored to become part of the greatest country on earth".

It's very disturbing and very serious. An outright sign of war. It's a tarrif war for now but I worry about what it will be in future.

I don't really understand the carbon tax debate. Carbon tax would reduce carbon emissions and cause mild inflation. However corporate greed causes mass inflation and provides no benefit. Why aren't people more mad at greedflation?

Skillup gave good reviews to Diablo 4 ignoring its shortcomings completely. Not sure I can trust his reviews after that.

If you're on the fence about avowed, in the meantime I'd highly recommend Eternal Stands.

I'd also add that Poliviere has been dwarfed by the magnitude of issues.

When things were only slightly bad post covid, people still had the capacity to worry about things like how many genders there are.

Then things got existential level bad after Trump came in. Things got very serious. A lot of Poliviere's even recent complaints felt inconsequential while our sovereignty is under attack.

He is not Trump in diguise. He is the conservative equivalent of J Singh. Both these leaders have no actual policy and just knee jerk support whatever is popular in the moment. When Trump was popular he supported trumpism, now that it's no longer popular he changed his tune. He'll change his stance every day.

What politician is going to anger the majority of their voters, and anger the lobbyists making them rich, to instead do the right thing and ensure poor people get housed?

If you owned a house worth $2Mn would you be OK with its value dropping to $800k if it meant all poor people in your city got a tiny house or condo? Additionally most people are Nimbys, so even the location of new housing is controversial.

Watching the moves play out was fun for the first month but it starts to get old after a while. There needs to be an option to skip part of the animation or play it at 2x speed in matches.
