I was in the same boat where many adhd things resonated with me, been officially diagnosed since December now.
That dog has to be dead by at least a decade now.
It was similar for me except that it took 3 months from initial conversations, and no prescription at the end just diagnosis. Took my first pill today, wish me luck.
I've been very upset though that it took this long to look for help, so many of my daily challenges were due to adhd.
What is more upsetting is that even if he "changed his mind" his current ideals is not what the voters thought they were voting for. It is still unethical for him to completely change his stance after getting the job.
